Dominique
Dominique is a women’s ministry leader, relationship coach, and conflict management specialist with extensive experience serving women, families, and church leaders across the U.S., Canada, and abroad. A graduate in Speech Communications, she has spent years leading women’s ministry programs that focus on spiritual growth, healthy relationships, and effective communication.
Her work as an overseas missionary has deepened her understanding of diverse cultures and the unique challenges faced by church leaders and their families. With a heart for helping others, Dominique uses her training and experience to coach individuals and ministry teams, equipping them with tools to navigate conflict, build trust, and strengthen their spiritual and relational foundations.
Stanley
Losing his parents as a child taught Stanley early on that life can be both challenging and unpredictable. Yet, through the loving care of his grandparents, he discovered that there is always a way to overcome life’s struggles and emerge stronger, more resilient, and more compassionate.
As a minister for over 25 years, Stanley has walked alongside pastors, church leaders, couples, and families as they navigated both the joys and the deeply painful seasons of life. He knows firsthand how heavy the burden of leadership can feel—especially when conflict arises within the congregation or within the home. As a relationship coach and conflict management specialist, he helps church leaders and their families find clarity, restore trust, and rebuild healthy communication patterns.
Stanley believes every individual and every church community is unique. When leaders understand this truth, they can foster authentic, thriving relationships within their ministries. Sometimes, however, we feel stuck or drained. That’s where he comes in—offering empathetic listening, wise guidance, and proven tools to help leaders overcome challenges, manage conflict constructively, and rediscover their purpose with renewed energy and confidence.
Though he graduated as a mechanical engineer from the NYU-Tandon School of Engineering and holds an MBA from HEC-Montreal, his deepest passion has always been people. His work across the developing world, the New York/New Jersey area, and Montreal, Canada, has taught him that what people everywhere need most is love (acceptance and care) and respect (validation).
Stanley and Dominique live in Indianapolis .
